Jumpstart to a Health Makeover Coaching Program (6 weeks) – $199
Objective:
Participants will learn and be equipped with keys needed to become healthier and progress toward their goals physically and spiritually through a combination of live group sessions, Zoom video conferencing, podcast recordings, private Facebook group community with motivational posts and videos on healthy lifestyle tips, exercise, nutrition and spiritual encouragement as well as personal correspondence via text and email!
