Jamie is a health and nutrition expert with over 20 years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and wellness. A former Registered Dietitian, she currently serves as a health and nutrition instructor at Wayne County Community College District in Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, Jamie is a Certified Transformational Nutrition Weight Loss Specialist and the author of Faith, Food, Fitness and Focus for Fat Loss.
